Monthly Maintenance:

-Monthly maintenance is done two or four times a month and is charged monthly.

-Additional charges may apply for any other service then mowing, edging, or blowing.

-Automatic timers are not included in monthly maintenance, additional charges may apply to repair or replace a non-working timer.

-No contract and no hidden fees for monthly maintenance.

-Monthly maintenance service can be cancelled a month in advance with either an email or a written letter at any time for any reason.


-Contracts for projects must be signed and provided to us before work begins.

-Deposits and material costs are due 3 days prior to commencement of projects, unless paying by cash, will be due on the start date of projects.

-Final payment is due upon completion of job.

-Once a contract is signed for any other projects, a cancellation of project can result in a $100 penalty.

Property & Pets:

-Gates must be left unlocked when we are scheduled to work on the property.

-Dogs and other pets must be locked away or away from work areas when we are working at the property.  We will not be responsible for any lost pets or animals from the property.

-Pathways into backyards must be clear and open for us to access during any days that we are working at the property.


Billings and Payments

-Envision Landscape & Design emails all billing invoices.  Hard copy invoices can be provided if requested.

-Billing is month to month for monthly maintenance.

-Payments for monthly maintenance will be billed at the end of each month and is due by the 15th of the following month.

-Any payments received after the 15th will result in a fifteen ($15) dollar late fee, which will be added on the next month bill.

-Any payments not received after 30 days can result in discontinued service or cancellation of service.

-Online payments are accepted with processing fees for Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX.

-Cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check are accepted at no additional charge.

Rainy days

-Envision Landscape & Design does not work on rainy days.

-If it rains during the days that we are to service your home for monthly maintenance, we will skip that day and either come back later in the week to complete the work, or continue service on the following week when there is no rain.

-For projects, there will be a projected start date on the contract, but if it rains during the week that forces us to push back our schedule, we will notify you of a new projected start date.


-Envision Landscape & Design does not work on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, and New Year.

Online payments and Credit Cards

-Additional charge applies:

        -Visa/MasterCard/AMEX: 3.5%


-Debit cards are not accepted at this time.
